I love new homes.  I love to sell new homes.  There's something mysterious about taking some lumber, some nails, some concrete, some windows and a bit of construction know-how and the end result is a home.

It's nice to have folks looking out for you.  I pulled over to take a photo of a house last week in a new home community in Purcellville that I was going to show to a buyer Friday.  I was "stroking" the builders' reps, letting them know that I was planning to bring a buyer in Friday and wanted to send some photos to his wife who is still in England.  I love to visit new home sites BEFORE taking a buyer in to tour the model.  Loudoun County real estate is fun to sell because new home builders have lowered … (1 comments)
