Don't let your home deteriorate for lack of regular maintenance. I've seen many Home Inspection Reports wherein the Home Inspector cites "DEFERRED MAINTENANCE" and the need for further inspection, all due to poor home owner maintenance. Many home onwers, particularly first time home buyers, don't understand how quickly deferred maintenance can easily turn into a defect. Maintenance is much less time consuming than repairing defects.
