A forward looking article by Conrad Allen describes housing as it has always been. Sadly, things are not as they have been and probably will not be for decades, if ever.
The article below ignores the millions of home owners who now own but can't sell and the millions who will have to sell and will lose their shirts.
The paradigm has changed and what was, is, IMO, no longer.
The trend to rentals is like a juggernaut, aided and abetted by the govt.
