Gena Reide inquired of about market conditions in areas across the country. Well, I just returned from an enlightening tour of new homes in what, up until a few months ago was a very hot area of Northern Virginia. Our office met for a couple of hours to review the new Virginia Contract of sale and then visited a major builder's new home community for a builder's luncheon to show off their model homes.
Lunch, was of course spectacular. However, while the builder's representatives were friendly, helpful and anxious to please, the following was quite apparent:
