This is not the only location in the Maryland and Northern Virginia real estate market that has shut down. Hopefully, it's temporary. The builders' web for this community says "SOLD OUT". Instead, the site looks like what it is, an shut-down, unfinished building site. The site plan called for about 50 lots to be developed into these lovely homes for seniors. But, due to the depressed real estate market, the builder has closed down and the remainder of the undeveloped

TRAFFIC FROM THE NEW TV SPOTThe new TV ad for Homefinders.com began running on the 14th of October, . Since the 14th of October, Homefinders.com web site had experienced an 18% increase in daily visitors. I don't believe that this means that the TV ad is bringing in lots of new business. However, I have seen a clear increase in visitors to this web site since the new TV ad has been shown.
