THE KEY WORD IS REAL ESTATE "BROKERAGE". Example: What is a good response (if any must be made) to a consumer who says they are planning to buy a home and calls asking for advice about how they should begin to "research" the real estate market in their area?? Keep in mind that these callers are on my web site which is full of real estate advice and results of many years of "research", right there at their fingertips.
