AN HOUR WITH A BUYER REVIEWING LISTINGS IN DETAIL WILL SAVE MANY HOURS DRIVE TIME AND DISAPPOINTMENT IN PROPERTIES FOR SALE.
Indeed.  I spend an hour with a buyer Saturday a.m. reviewing homes for sale in his price range in Loudoun County, VA.  We reduced the available list, price/acreage/square feet, etc., from about 30 to 9. 
We routed the properties to tour and hit the road.  One was eliminated when we drove onto the property, not suitable for horses.  The rest were walked and rated as potential, thereby reducing the properties for consideration to 3.  That's right.  Out of 30 properties, we … (15 comments)

FIRST, WE HAVE TO FILL UP. 
AND TO THINK THAT THE TANK WASN'T EVEN EMPTY.   HANG ON TO YOUR MONEY FOLKS, IT'S GOING TO BE A ROUGH SUMMER.  THIS WAS THURSDAY AND THE PRICE IS UP TODAY.

NOW, for a more pleasant view, we're on our way to show a home in Round Hill to a nice couple.  On the way, we're stopped by the beauty of flowers in bloom in Northern Virginia in May.
