We had a pre-drywall walkthrough inspection in a home in Waterford Virginia yesterday. Only one item to be addressed, no two. The first one is easy. The buyers want the kitchen vegetable sink at the far end of the island from the cooktop range. It's a Feng Shui matter and it's not open to debate.
