Imagine is a Portland metro area home staging company specializing in the enhancement of residential properties listed for sale, - incorporating both interior and exterior.
Imagine can tailor a budget to any home, from a 500-square - foot bachelor pad to million estates.
The company's staging fees can range from a $75 consultation which includes a suggested "to do list" to $50,000 proposal that includes renovations, cleaning services, painting, decluttering and depersonalizing as well as furniture rental.
Price will bring in buyers, but staging brings in offers.
Statistics prove over and over that staged homes sell quicker than unstaged homes.
