Nestled in the heart of Cave Springs is the Illinois Watershed Partnership at 221 S. Main Street. Formerly known as Lake Keith, this is 30-acres of beauty for hiking, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. There is also bat viewing March through October at dusk. Across from the lake is the Learning Center which is open Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm but feel free to use the area around the lake from dawn to dusk daily. Best of all it is all FREE!!

Who knew there were cool things in Arkansas? The northwest region of the state has some seriously cool stuff going on. One of the big deals in the region is the Razorback Greenway. Lots of cities across the country have some nice biking trails or cute walking paths, but Arkansas got serious in a big way about creating this massive multi-city connected trail system for walking, biking, skateboarding, and roller skating.
