Shedding light on Coastal Living

Attention Seniors: Have been working with retirees in the Myrtle Beach/Murrells Inlet area of the

Grand Strand (South Carolina)for close to 20 years. Originally from Northern Ohio (South East Suburbs

of Cleveland) I settled on the Coast and continued my Real Estate career helping Seniors sort out

the "ins and outs" of buying and enjoying all that the Coastal Carolina has to offer retirees. I have

worked exclusively for 10 years in a 55 and over community called Myrtle Trace/South. Most recently

I have sold and managed in a 2,700 acre community called Prince Creek. It too has a wonderful

Active Adult community of nearly 460 homes (about 180 sold to date). My wife and I are currently

buying a home there and look forward to that kind of "community living".
