Many people asked me "Where is the Chinese Grocery or Supermarket in Triangle?" 
There are two popular grocery stores (1)Grand Asia Supermarket in Cary (Close to Crossroad Plaza)  You will see Chinese food, bakery, live fish, ...e.t.c.  Honestly, you will find not only Chinese food but also Thai, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Japan,...e.t.c   I think you will find a good mixed of variety and you will surprise they carry so many things not only food and drinks but even shampoo, toys, oriental decoration, movies, CD...e.t.c
The second one is A&C Seafood supermarket over Garner which you will able to find a lot of oriental food, snacks, ...e.t.c … (0 comments)

When you go out and chat with the people around you and you will find most of them relocated to NC from somewhere else..  That's true!!!  If you know someone is local (born and raised here) and you will say "Oh...finally meet a local!"  Anyway, what I recommend to all the new transplents when you and your family just moved to a new place.  You need to find a group to start with.  Especially if your parents and friends are far away from you and you need someone closeby.  The best place to start is to meet your neighbors.   Also, I highly recommend you … (0 comments)

Housing Market is Falling??Everyone is talking about the Real estate market is falling here. Honestly, I will tell them now is the best time to buy cause back to 3 or 4 years ago, you can never ever to negotiate with seller like you can do now. I got lots of phone calls and emails about buying all kinds investment from residential to commerical.
