Kiplinger’s: Raleigh great for families and Triangle tops Regional Economic Scoreboard - 08/31/10 10:37 PM
According to the Kiplinger's, Raleigh has made their top Ten Cities raising families!  The personal finance magazine quoted Raleigh strong employment especially "High Tech", Strong School system and Low cost of living.  Our North Carolina State University and Univeristy of Chapel Hill both got into the Kiplinger's Best Value Public Colleges.
Also, Triangle captured No. 1 in the rankings of Regional Economic Scoreboard, an annual report from the Tampa Bay Partnership Center for Business Intelligence

North Carolina lead the nation in Stimulus-created jobs! - 08/24/10 02:10 PM
According to Business Facilities magazine, North Carolina ranks 4th for Economic growth potential, 5th in Work-force training and 6th in Business climate.
Also, North Carolina will lead the nation in growth of stimulus-created jobs for the remainder of the year with a 121.5 percent increase, a new report says. Stimulus-funded projects have created 9,617 North Carolina jobs to date -- the 19th highest total among the 50 states.
