The Carolina Spring Go Tournament, organized by the Chinese American Friendship Association of North Carolina (CAFA) and the Cary Go Club, will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2011. This is an annual American Go Association (AGA) rated tournament in its 8th year. This tournament is open to everyone. Players of all levels are welcome. We will group players into different sections based on their strength. Players will play four rounds of games against players within each section. According to Builder Magazine, Cary-Raleigh area is the healthiest of the 100 largest US housing markets. Austin, Texas ranked No.2 and then back to North Carolina again that Durham-Chapel Hill ranked No.3. The rankings are based on home price appreciation or depreciation, Job growth, Household and income growth, Unemployment rates and of course building permit activity. For example, Davis Village built by Pulte sold 56 homes within first 2 months and it broke the history of the builder in any housing market.
