The roller-coaster of life.... This is one ride I wish I had  choice on whether or not to get on. Adjusting to life after the ride.
Over the past 6 weeks I have been on a roller coaster ride which I wish I had choice whether  to ride or not, but in the game of life I guess we have no other choice but to play the game and ride that ride no matter how good or bad it may be.

Consumer prices on goods, food, and fuel are increasing. Consumer confidence, manufacturing, and housing is decreasing. Unemployment is nearing levels seen in the past two economic recessions and investors have soured on mortgage-backed bond securities. Corporate earnings continue to be dismal as a result of a slowing economy and losses associated with poor mortgage investments. Inflation is on the rise as a result of the 2.25% decrease in the Fed's short-term interest rates and mortgage rates are rising. We are not in a recession by definition. With a couple of months under our belts for 2008 as predicted in my previous blog  First Time Home Buyers Will Control The 2008 Market - Just my 2 cents worth 
This seems to be a overwhelming first time home buyer year.Over the first 2 + months my closed loans of first time home buyer is 85% first time home buyers to 15% step up buyers.

My wife and I have our new addition and she is a leap year baby!
Friday 1:55am arrived our first child: Jillian Leigh Namiot 7lbs 3oz, 20"
My wife was due any day and after her exam wed her doctor said it could be any day, my wife was against the leap year birth and after talking it over with her doctor had chosen to go in Thursday early morning and get induced so that we would welcome our new arrival on 2/28/08.
