I recently posted a blog in which I said I successfully closed 51 transactions in 2009.  One of my readers asked me for my statistics.  I do not have buyers or sellers agent, I'm a one person operation and I'm too busy to keep statistics on where the lead came from.

There was almost 2 inches of rain in Surprise Arizona yesterday afternoon, 1.69 inches to be exact.  The huge downpour flooded roads and our beautiful Sun City Grand golf courses looked like rivers.  We certainly needed rain, but not that much in just a matter of hours.  The inordinate amount of rain shorted out the electrical to my water feature, Lucy, one of my prize koi died.
This morning I woke to my cactus blooming.  It's going to be a Grand day today!

A few days ago a good friend sent me an email asking that I publish it on my website blog.  Although funny, it gets you to consider the extent we will go for our pets.  I've changed the name and breed to protect this little guy. 
Five years ago we went to Petsmart to find a cat.  Petsmart works with 4 Paws Rescue, a non-kill shelter,  to find homes for unwanted pets.  As we were looking at the pets in their cages we came across Danny.  Danny was a pure bred Terrier with papers.  He was so friendly that we couldn't resist him.

My husband and I spent the day fishing at Lake Mary. The water was calm throughout the day. It was a great day fishing, my husband caught one fish as I kicked my feet in the cool water. As the sun set, there was a black cloud that quickly drifted over the lake.

Many people are subscribing to Fraud Guard Alert to guard against ID theft.  Lenders are also using Fraud Guard in the underwriting process.  Many underwriters are discovering information that remains on the credit report although it has been resolved.  Unfortunately the dated information has not been removed.
I recently heard of buyers who purchased a property in Maine in 1972 and sold it in 1998.  Their initial loan application was denied since the Fraud Guard Alert indicated the buyer's lender never notified the credit report that the loan being paid off. My typical day begins at 5am when I wake up to let my dogs out.  Because of the coyotes, I cannot just let the dogs out, I must be there with them as they "do their thing".  After 15 or 20 minutes of standing around, we come in to relax and by then, my body and mind have awaken.  Coffee next, then emails, dogs get fed, then out we go for their morning walk.  It's the same routine every morning.

Grand Avenue (Highway 60) is a major transportation route throughout Phoenix.  It begins in downtown Phoenix and extends northwest to Wickenburg, a common route Phoenicians use when traveling to Laughlin and Las Vegas.  R H Johnson Bl, Grand Avenue and Sunrise is the route of choice when traveling within the Sun Cities.  This is an extremely busy intersection.  Presently Grand Avenue is being expanded to six lanes, with lots of heavy machinery and construction that should be finished by the end of summer, before our winter visitors arrive.
