Warren and Pat are renting their retirement home and received a telephone call from their tenant saying that the garage door was inoperable. Warren sent me an email asking as to which garage door company I would recommend in the area. They do everything big in Texas, even the weather adheres to doing it BIG. I've been in Dallas for a few days while attending a blogging conference with Active Rain. Realtors, stagers, and advertisers from around the country converged in Dallas this week. Dallas was hot and humid when I arrived, unlike the weather in Surprise Arizona where it's a dry heat.

The Melrose Warwick Dallas was built in 1924. It's a hotel that I've dined at previously while employed with Phelps Dodge. The rooms are clean, the staff polite and the food outstanding.  The Melrose has 184 rooms, a fantastic 4 star … (8 comments)

It's been a year since my first RainCamp in Dallas in 2010.  Wind forward one year RainCamp Dallas 2011 is my 5th RainCamp conference. On May 23 agents from Texas and beyond began converging in Dallas with about 20 of us meeting at Pappadeaux for RainCamp pre-conference party.

Familiar faces all with similar objectives to network, learn and grow Internet marketing business.

Socializing with friends in the rain was exceptional.  Deserts tantalized the palate.

There are some golf course properties with ordinary views, some with fantastic views and other with outstanding views.  I had the pleasure to have dinner at this Sun City Grand home this evening.

 Golf course views were spectacular, 180 degrees of unbounded panoramic unobstructed scenery.

Some homeowners prefer golf course properties due to its privacy and others seek it out for the verdant grass. 

If you are in the market to purchase a retirement home and would like a private yard with verdant views, consider a Sun City Grand golf course home.

Speechless Sundays ~ Finally! - 05/16/11 12:59 AM
I started collecting orchids a little over three years ago after attending the Phoenix Orchid Society sale. Most of my orchids were purchased in Hawaii and shipped through the State of Hawaii agriculture department to Arizona.
 

After three years of meticulous care, I found this orchid in bloom.  It was purchased due to its green color, large shape and unique smell (although I had never smelt it before).
