In Hawaii when an area is off limits, people will frequently see a posted "Kapu" sign which means, no tresspassing or do not enter. Sometimes we Realtors agree to do some really strange things. While taking a listing today in Sun City Grand, the seller asked me to be sure that all agents were notified not to open a specific exit door to the yard.

I came home from Big D and got an immediate wake-up call while I was driving home from the airport. It was like Cher in"Starstruck" when she slapped her boyfriend's brother silly. What is the buzz about Google buzz? Well, in short, this appears to be an attempt to get users to switch from platforms such as facebook and twitter to services provided by Google. It's also the day of another anniversary that many Arizonas celebrate. 98 years ago today Arizona became the 48th State in the Union. On February 14, 1912, Arizona was the last of the 48 contiguous states to be admitted to the United States of America. Two years from now Arizona will be celebrating 100 years of statehood. They are having blizzard conditions with 30MPH winds and another 12" of snow is coming down. Watch successful producers from your organization and mimic them. They already have proven systems in place. I didn't say copy their material, refine processes, making them fit your requirements.
