I recently conducted research on the Sun City Grand market and am sharing my findings since almost every day we hear how bad the real estate market is doing in Surprise Arizona. This information was obtained from the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS).
In 2005, there were 746 Sun City Grand homes sold. Out of the 746 properties, 94 homes were on the golf course, 634 homes were off the golf course and 18 were condos in the La Solana condominium complex.
In 2006, there were 391 Sun City Grand homes sold. Out of the 391 properties sold, 62 homes were on the golf course, 309 homes were off … (0 comments)

I try to hold open house every weekend. Meeting new people and seeing new sights are most appealing to me.
I arrived at my open house at noon today. After I set out all of my open house signs and connected my computer, I began working the internet while awaiting potential visitors.
After about an hour of loneliness, I decided to watch the golfers from the backyard patio. It was then that I saw my first open house visitor. I didn't have my glasses on so I squinted thinking that perhaps I was seeing things.

My sister was laid to rest yesterday. I read her obituary just before leaving for her memorial service. It read that she was a "private babysitter". A private baby sitter, is that all she did in her short life of 58 years? She was a wife, mother and sister.
Most people would think that a "private babysitter" would not make an impact in this life. I knew differently and my impressions were quickly confirmed during her memorial service.
