The average sold price per foot in Sun City Grand in November 2011 was $141.51. In September and October 2011, the average sold price per sq ft was $130.77 and $130.91 respectively. Increase in price per sq foot can probably be attributed to the influx of winter visitors. In August 2011 the average sold price per sq ft was $141.50.
Sun City Grand average sale price was approximately 96% of the list price. The 4% reduction in list price versus sales price has remained constant since January 2010.

I was at the Sun City Grand pet park this afternoon, checking out the dog park before the Grand reopening. Many Sun City Grand homeowners read their email and trotted down to take a sneak peak of the dog park before the reopening celebration.
