Real estate sales in Sun City West Arizona has just exploded. More homes sold in the month of July than any other month in 2009. The inventory of homes listed is the lowest all year long. Deflated prices have resulted with many people looking for their Arizona retirement property while the market is still low.

For over four years, I've sat open house almost every weekday in Sun City West. During that time I've had the opportunity to meet a number of really nice potential buyers. Unfortunately most of these people needed to go back home and sell their house. Today I received this email from a buyer that I showed properties to almost 2 years ago. They have seen all of the Arizona West Valley retirement communities and decided on a home in Sun City West.
