.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The plane smashed past the airport fence, careened across the 
&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;street and ended up with a collapsed landing gear, right next to a

      <title>12 ways to Advertise your open house</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/7/5/8/4/7/ar120967093374857.jpg" height="108" alt=" " align="left" width="134" /&gt;As we know, open houses take some time and planning and the main goal is to get as many people as possible to show up.&#160; So the question is, How do you get people to show up to your open house? Here are some of the ways we market open houses for our listing. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Send out just listed postcards with open house date&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take one flyers with open house date on it.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sign rider with open house date&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Personally invite neighbors by knocking on a few doors the&#160;day before&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Leave an invitation at their home if not home.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Post your open house on Free online advertising like(Craigslist, backpage,Google Base,Yahoo Classifieds,Classifieds for Free, Recycler.com.)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Advertise on local paper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Your MLS&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Open house signs a couple of days before with open house date&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;at least&#160;10 open house signs the day of(the more the better)---Make sure you have xtras since openhouse signs tend to dissapear at times&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Balloons on open house signs- try buying the shinny balloons&#160;at&#160;the dollar store they are cheaper than local&#160;Krogers or Randells they usually&#160;cost 3 bucks each. We pay a buck each&#160;they last upto a week so you can actually recycle them!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;send an email to everyone on &#160;your database&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;While all of these are just added marketing the most important is open house signs so make sure they are very noticable and have a partner drive by after an hour to make sure they are still in place.&#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ps. Make sure no major sport event or political event is taking place the same day as&#160;the open house and make sure you ask how they heard about the open house to get an idea of what works the most. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What have you found to work best as far as marketing for Opens?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Who's battle is it?</title>

God ever lost a battle? No. He doesn&#8217;t lose battles.

Lord today? Trusting in the Lord is a decision we make just like we choose 
anything else in life. You chose what to wear today, you probably chose what you 
would have for breakfast, and you can choose to trust God today, too!

faith, trusting God and making him my number one priority over everything else. 
I stop complaining about my business, I stop saying how big my problems were and 
started saying how big my God is.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&#160; &lt;/span&gt;I 
stop worrying about the future because tomorrow has its own troubles. &#8220;Mathew 
6:34&#8221; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="scripture" style="MARGIN: auto 0in; LINE-HEIGHT: 14.4pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&#160;&lt;/span&gt;I have clothes on my back, food to eat &#8230; 
our Lord didn&#8217;t even have a place to lay his head.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&#160; &lt;/span&gt;Yet he wasn&#8217;t murmuring as much as we do 
at times. Solely depending and trusting in him was the best decision I ever 
made. Not only has my business gone up, but I carry such a joy in my heart that 
is indescribable. &lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&#160;&lt;/span&gt;Realtors 
sometimes say, well my business has gone down this year do to the market. I find 
that to be strange because I have made more sales this year then I did all last 
year. I give all the thanks and glory to God because when we are faithful to him 
he does his part in our life. I hope this encourages someone out 
there.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;&#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Bad Photography 101</title>

pictures I was seeing. You tend to stop and wonder if the agent took the time to 
explain how a house should look before it&#8217;s put up for sale. Perhaps&amp;nbsp;they 
were&amp;nbsp;in a rush and didn&#8217;t want to come back?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;I didn&#8217;t show any of these homes below.

      <title>Home Owners, What are you thinking</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Everyone knows that the more exposure a home gets the higher chances of the home selling right. Every showing is important cause you never know if that may end up being the buyer of your home.&amp;nbsp; It just doesn&amp;#39;t make sense how some home owners make it so difficult to see their property.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I get a list of homes for my buyers that we are going to preview today and the first problem is the buyers agent only gets 2%.&amp;nbsp; The only reason why i am showing this home is because i sincerely look out for my clients best interest.&amp;nbsp; So we call their &amp;quot;Assist&amp;quot; showing service and we schedule it for 9:30 which gives them about an hour and a half notice and they were supposed to call us back.&amp;nbsp; I did&amp;#39;nt get a call back so i called and they tell me that the earliest is 12:30.&amp;nbsp; Wow, why would someone need a 4 hour and 30 minute notice.&amp;nbsp; I guess thats what happens when we don&amp;#39;t&amp;nbsp;take the time to inform our sellers about important things like showing accessibility and importance of offering a commission that can compete with the rest.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My buyers are ready to buy and this could probably cost them a sale, So my question is, Homeowners, what are you thinking?&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Wow this is a pretty neat tool. It basically allows you to speak everything into the computer.  Its a digital note taker.  You have to train it to recognize your voice. This is pretty good if you are not such a fast typer or if you simply want to speak your mind.  Wow i think its going for like 100 bucks.  The guy seems to have everything together with very few mistakes.

      <title>GPS I love you!</title>

business and began working with buyers,&#160;I had to learn the hard way. 
&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div align="left"&gt;It&#160;use to&#160;get me really upset when agents would write 
bad directions on the MLS.&#160;Being 21 years old&#160;and part of the 
information age, I would only&#160;print and use&#160;Map Quest which&#160;got 
fustrating after a while.&#160;Leo and I&#160;didn't know what Key 
Maps&#160;were. Until one day&#160;Leo called an agent for directions and she 
basically yelled saying uh, don't you have a key map! Where is your key map? We 
were so upset with her bad attitude, and said to our cash buyer, lets go to the 
next shall we.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="left"&gt;After that we bought our "&lt;strong&gt;first&lt;/strong&gt;" Key map 
and&#160;still got lost! The letters were so darn&#160;tiny, how can 
anyone&#160;drive, talk, and read&#160;those little&#160;roads at the same 
time?&#160;I guess it's the same way we text message, talk, and drive at the 
same time. After&#160;another horrible experiences of driving in circles we said 
that's it, time to buy a GPS! &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="left"&gt;Boy was that the best decision made, not only for Real Estate 
but also for going out to lunch, looking for gas stations, or local amenities 
ect. Not to mention it works in all USA and &lt;span class="yshortcuts" id="lw_1206484254_0"&gt;Canada&lt;/span&gt;.&#160;We never leave without our&#160;wonderful 
friend Tom.&#160;Tom&#160;has given us more time to build rapport with clients 
and freely talk about neighborhoods, schools, and&#160;fun events.&#160;After a 
successful day with clients we tap our GPS on the top and say, THANKS TOM!&lt;/div&gt;

      <title>Don't let anger over come you.</title>
      <description>&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;Leo once told me, "you can tell&#160;who a person is&#160;by the way they 
react in a time of crises"&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;and the funny thing is just yesterday while listening to the Daily Audio 
bible it spoke about people who allow other people to get them angry are 
foolish. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;I'm an easy to get along with person, I try not to let things bother me. 
Life can be going down hill and&#160;I have&#160;the happiest face, 
simply&#160;because I&#160;have such a joy in my heart and know where I am going 
if I were to&#160;die tomorrow.&#160;However, just yesterday I was put to the 
ultimate test. God allowed me to face a challenge,&#160;a person who knew just 
the right buttons to push to get me all worked up and upset. This Realtor 
falsely accused us of trying to get two ends of a deal because&#160;we had a hot 
deal and weren't moving fast&#160;enough.&#160;This agent had me working up 
until 9pm even&#160;trying&#160;to meet me&#160;at my house.&#160;She was 
calling my phone like crazy. Then had another Realtor call Leo yelling and 
questioning our transaction which she is not even part of. I had enough and snap 
back with an attitude, but never yelled. Afterwards, I felt so foolish for even letting a 
person get me all upset. That night the buyer moving into the home calls Leo to 
get a better understanding of what was going on. After speaking to Leo she loved 
him so much she said, "can't you just be my Realtor?" Leo and I are honest people 
and told her it would be against our code of ethics. She told us she didn't have 
a buyers representation agreement, but still we're not the type to take advantage of 
another Realtor even if she hurt us. We left it to God, because we know he's in 
control. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&#160;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;That night I was reminded never to&#160;allow another person to 
take&#160;my joy. Jesus was spit on, beat, and mocked. Never did he yell back or 
get an attitude. So why should I allow something so little like this to upset 
me? I'm better than that, I'm the daughter of the most high God. &lt;/div&gt;

coaster. You never know what a day brings. We need to always remember who is in

&lt;div&gt;So we may not understand why we go through certain things in life. We may 
not comprehend nor see&#160;the big picture. However, God says that he has great 
plans for each and everyone of us, things that we can't even began to imagine.

&lt;div&gt;They sky is our limit really. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&#160;&lt;br&gt;I asked for strength.&lt;br&gt;God gave me difficulties to make 
me&lt;br&gt;strong. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I asked for wisdom.&lt;br&gt;God gave me problems to solve. 
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I asked for prosperity.&lt;br&gt;God gave me brawn and brain to&lt;br&gt;work. 
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I asked for courage.&lt;br&gt;God gave me dangers to overcome. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I asked 
for patience.&lt;br&gt;God placed me in situations where I&lt;br&gt;was forced to wait. 
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I asked for love.&lt;br&gt;God gave me troubled people to help. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I 
asked for favors.&lt;br&gt;God gave me opportunities. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I received nothing I 
wanted.&lt;br&gt;I received everything I needed &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&#160;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;

      <title>Don't just throw it away, Refer It</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hey Friends,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/1/7/6/6/0/ar120579108206671.jpg" height="455" align="left" alt=" " width="338" /&gt;Have you ever received a phone call on one of your listings or maybe found a fsbo that you could not communicate to because of a language barrier? How many extra deals a year could you close if you were able to communicate with them? What happens with that transaction, do you say, Sorry i don't understand or do you have a person you refer your&amp;nbsp;leads that can't speak good English?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is good to have one or two Realtors at your fingertips in-case you run into that situation. I think many of us would agree that X% of a commission is way better than no commission. Why not refer out those leads to someone you know can turn leads into sales.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Stephanie and I are Fluent in Spanish and have helped many&amp;nbsp;Spanish speaking&amp;nbsp;families achieve home ownership.&amp;nbsp; Recent Census figures show the Hispanic community is the fastest growing demographic group in the country. So don't let a language barrier stop you from closing and extra deal, interview a couple Realtors of different ethnicities and see if they are good at turning leads into closings.&lt;/p&gt;
