I had a Client ask me about the wonderful Real Estate Market and all the gloom and doom that's in the new's everyday towards that end.  "Why should I buy now and not wait until later" was the main question that seemed to keep coming out.  Without any hesitation I told my Client that just like in a down stock market the Real Estate market follows pretty much the same path / process.  In a down market where there's plenty of inventory the buyer (and in some cases's a motivated Seller) can benefit because of the low interest rates that can be found … (1 comments)
