Late last week, I took a drive with my co-listing agent to our fabulous listing in the mountains at Wilderness Ranch.
I blogged about this great escape recently and I have a few new pictures to share. Things are getting to be nice and green, plus there was abundant wildlife. We saw elk and a whitetail deer and heard wild turkeys. This home is such a joy to visit! We're planning a special open house and I'll post those details soon.

It's like the United States government is paying YOU to take advantage of the current buyer's market!
Highlights of the 2009 First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit include:
