homes: Have You Filed Homestead Exception? - 04/20/10 06:41 AM

Did you know you can still file for Homestead Exemption? Late applications for exemptions and portability for the 2010 Tax Roll are now being accepted. The deadline to file on time for homestead and other exemptions is March 1. But, late filers may file a late application until early September (25 days after the mailing of the Notices of Proposed Property Taxes in mid-August), but you must fill out an explanation form.

What beautiful water views - Downtown Jacksonville, Florida - an exciting place to be. I live in The Plaza Condominiums on the river, downtown, and can't imagine moving back to the suburbs. We are in the center of everything - walk to Jaguar football, walk to the theatre, walk to the Symphony, walk to art musuems, walk to restaurants, walk miles along the river!!
