Who Put the Shame in Short Sale? - 11/14/11 09:46 PM
This is a great blog post by a very smart Broker. I encourage you to read and take a minute to reflect on your situation. If this makes sense to you, a short sale may be the answer....Does not make sense to pay monthly bills with credit cards, go into more debt, or have to file bankruptcy. If you are considering a short sale, please contact legal and financial professionals..If you find that it is a good option for you. Call me, I can explain your options and help you to breathe again. Yesterday, I received an e-mail from Monterey County Association of Realtors, of which I am a member. A very distressing message was given to members of the board regarding the latest practice that has been reported in our area.
So, many homeowner's are underwater, paying mortgage on a house that is worth less than one owes. Although distressing, there are legal ways to get out of the mortgage and move forward. Understanding that homeowners in this situation are desperate, don't sit around and do nothing, and don't be swayed (0 comments)
The Monterey Peninsula has so much to discover from the breath taking coastline, to the charming shops, fantastic restaurants, world class golf... Now is a great time to buy investment property in Pebble Beach. Couple great prices and low interest rates and the numbers make sense again. With a good down payment and a great mortgage, one can achieve a positive cash flow on a rental in this great location. There are also many homes for sale that would make fabulous golf vacation homes, second homes or week-end get-a-ways (0 comments)
