What keeps your realtor awake at night?

Well, here goes...I will first give you my speech:
If you are a buyer, I will make sure you have complete knowledge about the inventory available that fits your specifications, I will educate you on the real estate market, give you referrals to lenders, home owner's insurance agents, contractors, home inspectors, termite inspectors, interior designers, I will make sure you have thorough knowledge about the neighborhood, city, schools,....blah blah blah...yea, I know we all say the same thing.
