When looking at this data, one must also realize that this is data for the whole county. Each city in this county has different price ranges, lifestyles and amenities. In Seaside, CA it is possible to buy a 3 bedroom house for $250,00, and in Marina, Salinas, Castroville, one may also find properties for the median, or slightly above.
