We all know why there’s a typical slowdown in listing activity right before the holidays, and why sellers think it makes more sense to wait until after the first of the year to list. I mean life every other day of the year is hectic enough, right? But for a seller - in this market especially, being “at the ready” for a potential buyer can be even more stressful and unnerving.  True.

A tuff situation regarding my new Tuff Shed.
 
For years I have been wanting a shed on our property.  There never seemed to be the exact right place to put it, as it would be either too visible in the yard or difficult to access, so as a result, I never got my shed.  Instead, there would often be huge piles of cushions and pillows stacked behind the sofas in the family room where we hoped, few people would see them.  Bags of soil would stay in the middle of a bunch of pots.  My gardening tools would be thrown … (1 comments)
