Every day, we read blogs complaining about how our elected officials run our government; they run from mildly upset to bonkers. While some of the articles are entertaining, without a call to action the complaints have no affect except to vent a little of the writer's steam. Kind of like standing on railroad tracks, shaking a fist at the oncoming speeding train.
Do you want to just vent or make change? There are few things that can be promised outside our own actions but… I can promise YOU nothing … (2 comments)

WASHINGTON - Dec. 7, 2009 - With President Obama's signature on Nov. 6, 2009, the first-time homebuyer tax credit was extended, and some move-up buyers became eligible for up to $6,500 starting on Dec. 1, 2009. However, the new law changed the way a home sale must be documented to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including additional back-up information to minimize the chance of fraud.
