Happy New Year... here it is January 2010 in full motion!  And as for Real Estate, the next few months will give alittle more insight, in hopes we see the rise of an upward swing by the end of the year!  At least they extended the Buyer's credit towards purchasing a new home, and extended it beyond just 1st time homebuyers... now that's a plus.  I don't think the reality has finally hit everyone, especially Sellers, and they are seeing that home values are leveling out, but, do not look like they will start rising until 2011. 

So hang on to your hat... as we're hoping to see more jobs being created in Michigan, in 2010, therefore less people losing their homes.  Seems like we could do alittle better in the area of "doing unto others as we would like them to do unto us"  so...  rather than 800 people losing their jobs, maybe "everyone" could take a pay cut across the State of MI, with a feeling of a "share the wealth" menality.  I better not get started... I just think we could do alot more, alot faster, in our political arena... helping each other!  That's all for now....  Linda M
