Happy New Year... here it is January 2010 in full motion! And as for Real Estate, the next few months will give alittle more insight, in hopes we see the rise of an upward swing by the end of the year! At least they extended the Buyer's credit towards purchasing a new home, and extended it beyond just 1st time homebuyers... now that's a plus. I don't think the reality has finally hit everyone, especially Sellers, and they are seeing that home values are leveling out, but, do not look like they will start rising until 2011. ;)
