It is a very stressful project for most people; I understand this whole heartedly; the thing I dont understand (Unless it is a family member, and it will cause major backlash) why a seller would continue listing with an agent that has had twice the average market time to get the home sold, and shows no new ideas or innovations to enhance the marketing. I just dont get why it is harder to meet someone dedicated to selling tough properties, learn a few things that could help, be blown away by service comparison, and all in 20 minutes or less. In the current market, and any market for that matter a quality lenders Pre-approvel is a must. There are many new lending guidlines, terms, conditions, and they are changing quite often right now.
