I am always looking for new ways to get a home sold, in the market we are experiencing now hands on creative tatics are going to prevail. We had a team meeting recently where our O.P spoke about Real estate being a skill game, and that we all need to suite up for game day. I whole heartedly agree, and I feel I market as much if not more than most Agents, but it just isn't enough. I ask you the Activerain community; What helps you get that home SOLD? This business is funny because everyone working it is fending for themselves, working tirelessly for thier meeger portion of the pie. They feel alone, and like it is every man/woman for themself; when in reality there is more than enough transactions for everyone, and we do not need to cut down the competition; we need to embrace it.
The best thing you can do I think is make everyone you work with believe if they never did business with you it would'nt change a thing (even if it would). That also goes for your competeing agents.
