This is a buyers Market pretty much nationwide, we all know this. It has been in the transition for about the last 8 months, and hit our area as a full blown buyers market about 3 months ago. I am just wondering how long it will take the selling population to realize it. We are out there educating them, the media talks about prices dropping & more homes being on the market, thier friends and family probably tell them, but still sellers want to put thier $255,000 dollar house on the market for $285,000 "Lets just try it for a while" … (2 comments)

What we say: "Well that really depends on what service you require, we have many different options, it all really depends."
Whats wrong with this?
1. Well (Means you are searching for the right thing to say)
2. Depends (on what)
3. many options (You need to lead)
What we really want to say: "How much do you make an hour?"
