I have buyers and sellers in Kent and Sussex counties of Delaware. One of my buyers that I am currently working with is looking for that great investment deal in the Beach areas of Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey Beach or even Bethany Beach with a price not to exceed 400,000 and a great rental history. Can be rented currently and actually prefer a long term rental.

Buyer 2 is looking for a home in the Cape Henlopen school district with a price not to exceed 210,000 with preferably 4 bedrooms on owned land (no lot rent). Need quick settlement.

Buyer 3 is looking for that quality built resort home, prefers some stone or brick with Hardi plank siding. Looking to stay under 350,000. Basement a plus but not mandatory, garage also a plus.

I would also like to point out that I am always looking for Top Producing agents across the globe to work with on referrals. Delaware has the beach life, farm land, Nascar Racing and low property taxes to boot. Along with the tax free shopping people are always buying and selling in the areas I serve. I am the first Realtor in the state of Delaware to have completed my Resort & Second Home Specialist Certification and I also hold the ABR ( Accredited Buyers Representative ) & SRES ( Senior Real Estate Specialist ) designations.
