The new mortgage plan....
 An estimated 6 million homeowners have missed at least two months of payments. Experts predict the number may climb to 10 – 12 million.
The odds are getting greater and greater that homeowners sixty days or more behind on their mortgage and over 115% underwater in home value will simply walk away.
The new plan understands this and hopes the new programs will halt a possible mass exodus from homes which could send the financial system in a free fall. The media may not want to give this fact much press, certainly … (0 comments)
