tucson: The Return, Farewell and Planned Return... - 11/13/07 09:18 AM
Hello ActiveRain Members,
It has been a very long time since I came to visit my old friends.  A lot of things have been happening and I wish it was because I was so busy with helping people buy and sell real estate.
It has been a rough year here in Tucson for Realtors, and Mortgage Lenders alike.   I started my licensing courses this same time last year.  Eager to save the first time home buyers from making huge mistakes in their home purchasing, I knew I wouldn't fail as a Real Estate Agent.  I was friendly, likable, and I thought, … (9 comments)

tucson: Tucson Needs MY Help! At least I think so :) - 07/15/07 11:45 PM
In all honesty, I haven't been fair. I felt like Tucson had more than enough information and I needed to be the cheer squad for Cochise County. But in all honesty, I actually work out of Tucson. Not only that, there really isn't enough cheerleaders for Tucson. Most of the agents I see on the web focus on Oro Valley and North West Tucson. Beautiful places, but what about the East side?
Does everyone know there is a Saguaro Park West and East? What about Fourty Niner Country Club and Arizona National Golf Club? That is just two of a dozen … (3 comments)

tucson: Is The Housing Market Slowing You Down? ~:~ Achieving Your Real Estate Goals In A Slow Market - 07/13/07 05:21 AM
It's the end of the world as we know it! Honestly! To listen to media outside of the real estate industry, the housing "bubble" is about to burst and foreclosures are at an epidemic rate. News like this would make it seem like this is the first time we have ever had a slow market. These headlines have sellers shaking in their boots, and buyers wary of purchasing.
The first thing everyone should do? CALM DOWN. Now, take a deep breath.... Breath in, Ahhh, Breath Out. Isn't that better?
Unfortunately, the days of putting our houses on the market and … (15 comments)

tucson: SEAZHomes.com First Podcast - 06/18/07 02:55 AM
I am announcing the first edition of Southeastern Arizona Homes Podcastcomplete, and up and running. Because I have been trying to be tricky and routing this website through my dotmac site (until I know where it's heading), I don't have the link directly to my Podcast page, but you can click and it will take you to the main page, and you can click on podcast. This one is just an intro so no real news on it today, but you have to start somewhere right? Anyone who feels like they are an expert and want to be featured or interviewed … (0 comments)

tucson: A Pictures Worth..... - 04/25/07 05:39 PM
I am a recently licensed Realtor with RealEstate.com. But I'm not new to looking at hundreds of photos of homes, and fellow Realtors, and property listings. I am sure one time not so long ago the only way you could see what a property looked like is to drive out there and take a glance. Or, if you were lucky, your Realtor might of taken a few 35MM (I won't go back so far to 110's or Brownie Cameras!) pictures for their clients. But with today's technology, there is no reason not to have media available for your clients online, in … (4 comments)

tucson: Looking for a Rural Homestead? - 04/24/07 12:43 AM
I have recently been bombarded with calls from clients who want "to get away from it all"  and looking for that place "in the middle of nowhere".  Is it because our lifestyles of today are so fast pace verses those of our parents or grandparents?  Or is it that yearning for a home found on the canvas of a Tim Cox painting?   I don't have the answers to life's great mysteries, but I have found my clients the homes they were looking for right here in Cochise County.  I consider myself a country girl at heart, who always longed to be a … (0 comments)
