I was recently looking at the Q&A section of Active Rain and saw a question regarding posting  listings to FREE Sites. Well, I am all about the free sites and getting those listings to the forefront of the internet. Here are a couple of sites that I love to use... Ther are tons of places on the web to market your listings.  All you really need to do is to place your listing in a few good spots and then they will be syndicated to many others.

I LOVE to use the free portion of http://www.postlets.com/ . On this site you can actually create a brochure of your listing and then use the HTML to post your brochure to sites such as Craig's List, etc. Postlets will then syndicate your posting to a variety of well known web listing portals. This is a very professional looking posting and is sure to put your listing to the forefront of the internet. You can of course "upgrade" your account but I have not found this to be necessary.

Another site that I have found useful is http://www.classifiedflyerads.com/ . This site provides you with 2 free flyers which you can then post to your website, emails, etc.

Although you have to pay for more flyers if you want to do more than 2 the cost is minimal and this site does syndicate as well. They also give you a PDF copy so that you may use the flyer you created as you'd like.
