In the recent short sale and foreclosure market I've noticed a couple of things lately. Many are priced below the current market value and a lot of them have multiple offers on them. The banks are not messing around; they are pricing these homes to sell and they are doing so quite aggressively. That means that the pricing will seem like it's too good to pass up. The problem is when this happens, there are usually several buyers competing for the same deal.
