Bank of America has recently developed instructional videos for listing agents that are working with short sale sellers. The title of the videos are below:
Initiating a Short Sale
This is the step where the agent creates an account in the Equator system, (online processing system used by banks). This is also where one can determine if the homeowner can use the HAFA (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program) program.

For those of us that have been dealing with short sales, which is most of us, there are helpful "webinars" that Bank of America is putting out now, for those in the industry to learn how to help process them.
Recently, I was listening to their "Ten tips to a successful short sale" and the one that stood out the most for me was number 5. It states, "Fully Execute Purchase Offers Before Submission."
