buying vs renting: Renting vs buying - 04/28/08 04:13 PM

I am finding so many people that are deceiding to rent a home vs buy a home, because they feel like " The Real Estate has not hit rock bottom". I ask them if they have looked at statistics over the last 30 years.The comment has been" it has never been this bad".
I am trying to get people educated on why now is the time, and waiting 6 months may be a completely out of their reach. I hear, "we are willing to take that risk".
