Last night I was at our annual awards banquet just outside of Denver.  The event was great, but what impressed me most was the "who" and the "why" instead of the "what."  Let me define the three, backwards forwards:
WHAT? The what was the rewards and recognition that people recieved as being outstanding.  It's hardward and recognition.  What is it really?  A chance to be recognized by your peers for all the hard work and great customer service that they've done over the past year.  I've been on the stand for 5 years in a row, but now that my kids … (39 comments)
