So I write a post two days ago entitled: SHOULD Only REAL Professionals Participate with Active Rain? There were a myriad of comments. What amazed me (and again I'm not criticizing people) is that a lot of people think that I was criticizing them, and or they were astounded that I even asked the question. I've never really created such a controversial post. Anyway....This year I have received about 13 referrals off of Active Rain. As an Active Member of Active Rain, I look to refer back. Hey Rain Makers....I wrote on this a while ago, but it's worth revisiting. For me, I'm always interested in finding out who're some of your favorite folks to follow on Active Rain? Why? I'm kind of a snob when it comes to following people. I don't wnat to follow just anyone. But I do like to follow a lot of folks. But what gets me to follow a blogger on the on the BLOG-0-METER!!!!! I'm voracious when it comes to learning. SEO and social marketing, I'm a bit naive on, but I still love to learn and read. I know my business, but want to be cutting edge for guidelines and regulations and the direction of the mortgage market. NOW COMES ACTIVE RAIN! Every day I want to read a certain amount of posts off of the blog scroll. What's the issue? Well there's a few. With almost 200,000 members that scroll flies by in the blink of an eye.
