OK....here's where I need the 101 help. I'm really stuck.... How do I get color into my text? How do I change the size of my text? How do I add the follow me on Facebook tags for the blogs or on the right side of the page? Those are my burning questions here. I know that I've been here quite a bit, but I'm a neophyte when it comes to some of the techy stuff here. Thanks.....looking for some real basic 101 or point me in the direction for me to find it. I had a client who wanted to buy a home but he was in bankruptcy. I have a client who is going through a divorce and am looking for some advice. I currently have a co-worker who is desperate to close a deal...... I was reading a post this past week on a parallel topic and began to wonder if some of these people actually are posting "anonymously" about themselves. OK...I'm a music freak. I've stated this 1.2 million times it seems. I used to be a DJ at the number one college radio station in America. WONC out of Naperville, Illinois. Check out www.wonc.org. I have over 1,000 CDs and mixed for a lot of parties. But times have changed. I got married. Have 5 squirrels running around the home and I run an insane business. Here's the long and short of it.

Not too often I comment on a deminimus item here. However when commenting on some blogs today, for the first time I realized that members do not have to type in the word below. Or type in the name of the fruit below. It's awesome....it appearse that once you're signed in...YOU'RE IN. No more "you put the incorrect text graphics below." Some other AR changes appear as well. Localism is a feature. I still don't understand all of the AR improvements, but can I say....THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I love what I see so far. … (10 comments)

Just got back from the awards presentation for our Company headquarters at Cherry Creek Mortgage. A few nice things that I experienced. First, I was able to go to our corporate offices, have drinks with the staff, leaders and heirarchy of Cherry Creek. Later that night they had the awards dinner. After dinner, I picked up my production trophy for taking 5th place nationally for loan origination production. Not too shabby....#5 nationally, but next year, I expect to be in the top 3. Although I really know my stuff (ha, ha), I am looking for a tough situation here. I have a borrower who wants to refinance a jumbo high rise condo downtown in chicago. Oh yeah, it's a second home and a high rise. At least it's a full doc loan, but, I'm looking for a 2nd mortgage company. I have a first mortgage approval, but the "end lender" on the home equity loan said that they don't like the scenario. Low DTI, great FICO. Hey, I have found some valuable valuable podcasts on the web. I believe that they are videos and the websites say that they are fee....How do I download them to I tunes so that I can watch and listen to them later? Can podcasts be videos or am I just a stupid "I" geek that doesn't know what the heck he's doing?

I need some help here....I was watching this the other day and caught part of it. I was looking on TIVO for future episodes of HOT GRILLS, COOL PATIOS. On it they featured a patio torch for your back yard or, yes, patio. Needless to say, the flame started on the bottom of the elevated stand in a wide flame and spiralled in a circular direction. Frankly, it looked like an upside down tornado. I've looked all over including HGTV's website to no avail......We're building a new home....any advice? I need some help....thanks.

One of the best things about my job is that I get to work with a lot of people from our community and from within our organization. This enthralls me because I get to help a lot of people. Within our organization, however, I get to help raise people up. My favorite thing is helping people who have the DNA to be great sales people become great sales people. As a beginner blogger, I'm confused....can you invite other members to join your blog or do you have to create an association? If so, how do you do it? Pretty freaky stuff....are all invites for just those people to join AR or can an invite be for people to "join or connect" to my site....ORRRRRRRRRRRR....DOES an invite only mean that non - AR people are invited to join? What if I have friends on AR who I want connected to my site or vice versus? With associations...what is the purpose? Just to hang with other people who have similar interests? Is that … (2 comments)
