It's official:
The New Good Faith Estimate is causing real pain to The Consumer and; The Real Estate Industry I've now spent two months working on this new good faith estimate.  It's been implemented since January 1rst of 2010. So, without further adieu.....what is the problem with the new Good Faith Estimate?

Anyone know anything new on this?  Love to have thoughts, but curious as to what the latest news is on this.  This is something that has been put forth as something to stop "Predatory Lending", but has been stricken earlier because of its discriminatory application.  Further, this bill restrains freedom of trade. … (3 comments)
