I've been obsessed all year!!!! Really.....I've been obsessed with change.  Change in 2012.  The problem with success....and the problem with New Year's Resolutions is that it takes change.  The real issue is the problem with change is that you actually have to change the things you're used to doing....AND YOU MAY HAVE BEEN DOING THINGS THE SAME WAY FOR A LONG LONG TIME.
I used to be a counselor.  I'd see women who were beaten by their husbands.  The problem with the battered wife is this....she hates the beatings....but she is more afraid of change than she is with the rote … (13 comments)

Can you believe that ONE FOURTH of 2012 is GONE....VANISHED...ADIOS?  So, THE GOOD NEWS????  We still have have THREE - QUARTER'S OF THE YEAR TO GO TO HIT YOUR INCOME GOALS?

OK....it's officially under way!!  2012 is not just a number for realtors and lenders, but it's a huge opportunity for consumers.  But there are so many consumers who are unprepared or who just don't know where to start.
