Our local Flagstaff Real Estate market, again, remains pretty much the same; i.e. relatively boring. For November, the average home price is up for the third month in a row and the median price is up for November. Many would comment that our market has held up well compared to other areas of the country. Let's hope this trend continues. Stay tuned for my new market updates which, by request, will include areas outside of the city of Flagstaff. These areas such as Doney Park, Munds Park, Bellemont and others have not fared as well with declines averaging 20%-25% from the … (1 comments)
