      <title>Replace fear and worry with action! </title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;We all experience disappointments,
fear, and worry, how we respond to these thoughts will determine their impact
on our life. The best way to eliminate these negatives from our lives is to
take action. Consistent activity leaves little room for negative thoughts. When
a negative thought pops into your mind, write it down, examine it and then burn
the paper. Ask yourself, what is the best use of my time right now, and then
act on the answer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Make today the day that
you let go of fear, worry and jealousy. Instead look for the positive in everything
you do. Expect success and back it up with action and you will be successful.

      <title>Increasing Profits in Uncertain Times!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Increasing Profits in Uncertain Times!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;More than ever business owners and professionals are recognizing
the value of having multiple streams of income. A plan B if you will. The problem
is, there are so many ways to make money out there, that it boggles the mind.
A confused mind does not take action.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So how does one go about adding one or more income streams
to their business or profession without working 24 hours a day?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm going to share the approach I use to create multiple
streams of income, take from it what you will, if an idea makes sense, run with
it. If not, that OK.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Look to your business or profession and ask yourself
what do my clients need?&lt;/b&gt; How can you add value
and at the same time increase your bottom line? (That does not mean that everything
you share with your clients needs to generate income. In fact, part of good
service is looking for ways to help your clients and other contacts be successful.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm a professional network marketer, I help individuals
who are looking for a plan B start and succeed in a work from home business.
I also help other network marketers increase the success in their business.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I asked myself this question, I realized that my
clients and associates want to increase their effectiveness in the marketplace.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Add products and services that meet these needs to
your marketing mix&lt;/b&gt; When selecting products or
services to add, be sure to include one that can replace your income, should
something happen to your main occupation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since my clients and associates want to build sustaining
relationships with the people in their network and develop the skills needed
to capitalize on these relationships, I selected the following services to add
to my business:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;High-quality Affiliate Programs&lt;/b&gt;
that provide immediate income and add value to my clients and associates. I
focus on marketing tools and systems that can help my clients and associates
take their business to the next level. In addition to providing me with an additional
profit center, I have the satisfaction of knowing that I am helping others achieve
their goals.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Network Marketing Program&lt;/b&gt;
I'm involved with an international company that provides a service that helps
you recognize, uplift and thank the people in your sphere of influence and add
an additional stream of income to your&amp;nbsp;business. A
word of caution, find one program that is a natural
fit for your business and focus on it exclusively. One exception would be a
health care practitioner who provides a number of nutritional products to their
client base.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Because I focus on services that are a natural fit for
my business and add value to my clients and associates, they take very little
to implement and add income to my bottom line. The affiliate programs provide
some short term profit, while the network marketing program provides a recurring
income stream that I can retire on.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Question:&lt;/b&gt; What can you
add to you're marketing mix that, takes little time, adds value and can increase
your bottom line?&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Self-Esteem and Success</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;What do you do daily to build your self-esteem
and the self-esteem of your customers and associates?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you would like to see your business skyrocket,
uplift, recognize or appreciate 3 to 5 people a day. You will be amazed at the
good things that begin to happen in personal and business life. Another suggestion,
keep a gratitude and appreciation book and as you go through your day write
down things and people that have added value to your day. Then send those people
a note of appreciation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Make a list of all the things that you accomplish
each day and review it often, even the little ones. Keep track of the accomplishments
of your customers and associates and send them a note of congratulations and
recognition. The greatest need that we have is to be valued and appreciated,
start today to let your customers and associates know that you value and appreciate
them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When you feel down, or you face a challenge,
review your appreciaton book to remind yourself of all of the blessings that
you have received.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Note: I use my daytmer to as my appreciation
log, so it with at all tmes.&lt;/p&gt;

Ponder what miracles could happen if the spirit of giving that Christmas represents was a part of our daily plan of action. If we focused on how we could help the people we come into contact with every day, rather than what we are going to get. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It's a universal law: You have to give before you get. If you want success, help others become successful. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A great way to start the gyving habit is to help others by uplifting and supporting their dreams. During this time of year, let us not forget that the most important gift we

spent in helping others feel good about themselves. During this season of giving,
take the time to recognize and appreciate one friend, one client, one prospect
and one associate. The beauty of this gift is that the giver get's as much,

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Being positive or being negative is very much
a habit. We either look for the opportunity that every challenge brings and
focus on their problems opportunity. Start today to examine your habitual thought
patterns. Replace your negative habits of thought with positive ones by training
your mind to think in terms of what you can and will accomplish. Start by counting
your blessings every day and soon being negative will be a thing of the past.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Thought For Today: What our clients really want!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;In the book "Dig your well before your thirsty"
Harvey MacKay made an interesting observation. He pointed out that when sales
are strong most businesses give lip service to building relationships with their
current clients but focus all their attention on the next prospect. And as soon
as there is a downturn in business, they wonder why they're having such a hard
time generating sales.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ironically, when everything is working well is
the time to build solid relationships with your clients. One of my clients,
a realtor, makes sure that his clients never forget how great it is to do business
with him. At a minimum he sends each client a monthly card with useful idea,
never misses a birthday and sends them a card on the anniversary of the day
they purchased their home. As a result, he does virtually no prospecting - his
clients do that for him. &amp;nbsp;Is he affected by today's downturn in the market,
yes but he is still doing very well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The bottom line is that when you don't have an
ongoing connection with your clients, you're vulnerable to being displaced.
All it takes is a savvy competitor who happens to come along at the right time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So how do you build relationships with your clients
that make them look for ways to refer business to you?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Keep In Touch:&lt;/b&gt; The key to retaining clients
and gaining referrals is to continually "tap clients on the shoulder"
and let them know that you're still there and are thinking about them. It's
a matter of doing something extra when things are going well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;People will forget what you said, people will
forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel! Do
you make your clients feel important? One way to build relationships - and your
business - is to recognize the six human relation touch-points all people share.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here's a rundown of those touch-points and some
examples of how you can tap into them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sense of accomplishment.&lt;/b&gt; Did your client
recently win an award or receive a promotion or big appointment? Acknowledge
his or her accomplishment with a personal note.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sense of belonging.&lt;/b&gt; Everyone wants to
feel that they are important and worthy of your attention. Thank you notes,
personalized birthday cards, meeting with them for coffee and unexpected notes
of appreciation tell your clients they are valued and worthy of your attention.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Recognition.&lt;/b&gt; We all want to be recognized
and valued. Send personal notes, articles of interest, and useful ideas is a
great way to show your clients that you recognize them and appreciate their
business.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Respect.&lt;/b&gt; If you show your clients respect,
then they will respect you as a professional. You can show respect in a variety
of ways. One good example would be to respect your client's time. If you say
that you will meet them at noon, be there on time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sense of significance. &lt;/b&gt;Active correspondence,
such as sending your clients articles or clippings about their industry along
with a personal note, shows them that you consider them significant and worthy
of your time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sense of purpose.&lt;/b&gt; Form relationships with
your clients and get behind their goals, show them that you value their efforts
and what they are working toward. Look for ways to support them in their quest
for success.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Power Tip:&lt;/b&gt; One last point, want to live
a wonderous life, apply the above guidelines to everyone in your sphere of influence,
friends, associates, referral partners, etc. When your consitently target the
above touch-points, you build trusting relationships that provide great returns
both personally and professionally.&lt;/p&gt;

your friends, clients, associates and other contacts, the recognition that they
want and deserve?&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Thought For Today: The Power of Appreciation and Gratitude!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I was having a conversation with A small business
owner that was very enlightening to me. He said that when he first started his
business he used to have a ton of repeat customers but they all just stopped
coming in. Knowing how he operated his business it was obvious to me why he
was losing customers. When he comes to work in the business he does inventory,
bookkeeping and other paperwork. He ignores his customers, doesn&amp;rsquo;t seem to care
if they come back, doesn&amp;rsquo;t ask his customers if they are enjoying their time
there and then he wonders why his business is failing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He does provide good product. If a customer complains,
he handles very well. He makes sure all the employees are running a top notch
business. He teaches them to always smile and say thank you to all my customers.
Now these are all good things, they will generally give customers a good experience
but they are not much different then what most business owners do. They don't
do anything to separate you from the competition and develop real customer loyalty.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What this business owners doesn't understand
is the difference between good customer service and showing customers gratitude
and appreciation. It's showing gratitude and appreciation that creates an environment
where that make customers and clients want to do business with you AND tell
others about their experience. Taking the extra steps to show your customers
that you care, that they really mean everything to the well being of your business
and that you value them a individuals.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Customer appreciation and gratitude is not something
that you do when times are tough and business is slow, IT MUST BE A PART OF
WHO YOU ARE AS A PERSON AND AS A BUSINESS OWNER OR PROFESSIONAL. It's the attitude
behind appreciation and gratitude that makes all the difference. None of the
customer appreciation ideas in the world will work if you aren&amp;rsquo;t truly grateful
for your customers and the value they add to your business and life.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here is the absolute key to all of the customer
appreciation ideas that you will ever learn about &amp;mdash; What can I do right now
to make this person feel better about themselves than they did before they walked
into my business, or did business with me?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The real secret to customer loyalty, having customers
and clients come back and tell others about you is to make a customer or client
feel better about themselves every time they come into contact with you. Do
this and watch your business grow.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Question: &lt;/b&gt;What can you do to make others
feel better about themselves because met you? Do you really recognize and appreciate

      <title>Thought For Today: "Never forget a customer, and never let a customer forget you." - Harold McClindon</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Harold McClindon put a powerful message in just
eleven words. The problem is it does not quite say enough. The goal is not just
to have a customer remember you, but remember you fondly. Give bad service and
your customer will never forget you -- and will tell everyone who mentions you
(and many who don't) about their bad experience.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Service, quality and price are not the issue.
It goes without saying that you must provide a value-based product or service,
at a fair price. That you deliver on your promise. In other words that you build
trust. So what - so do your competitors!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The real key to ongoing success is to create
customer loyalty, expressed by customer referrals and increased sales. To do
this you need to consistently uplift, recognize, appreciate and educate your
clients. You need to constantly remind them that not only do you meet their
business needs but that you value them as a friend and customer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Note:&lt;/b&gt; In a previous article that I wrote:
Who Is Your Customer?" I set out the proposition that since we must sell
ourselves before we will ever sell a prospect, every person that you come into
contact with is in fact your customer. One definition of a customer is "An
individual with whom one must deal." &amp;nbsp;If this is true, then your prospects,
business associates, referral sources and others in your sphere of influence
are also your customers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tom Hopkins, author of "How To Master the
Art of Selling: wrote an article in which he said:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"Because I understood that building relationships
is what selling is all about, I began early in my career to send thank you notes
to people. I set a goal to send ten thank you notes every day. That goal meant
that I had to meet and get the names of at least ten people every day. I sent
thank you notes to people I met briefly, people I showed properties to, people
I talked with on the telephone, and people I actually helped to own new homes.
I became a thank you note fool. And guess what happened? By the end of my third
year in sales, my business was 100% referrals! The people I had expressed gratitude
to were happy to send me new clients as a reward for making them feel appreciated
and important.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I understand that you may not be comfortable
at first with starting the Thank You note habit so I took the time to write
out ten situations in which sending a Thank You note is appropriate."&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mary Kay Ash, founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics,
made it a point to send out at least one note, every day that thanked, uplifted
or motivated someone she had come into contact with.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;While Tom's advice is true, thank you notes are
important, Mary Kay Ash's approach is even more powerful. It goes without saying
common courtesy demands that we thank our customers when they buy from us, that
we thank a prospect who took the time to see us, that we thank a contact who
sends us a referral. How much more powerful would it be if we spent time every
day recognizing, appreciating, uplifting and motivating our customers, prospects,
friends and associates.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Start today to make at least three people in
your sphere of influence feel truly special. Get into the Thank you note habit
and expand it to include recognizing, appreciating, uplifting and motivating
the people you know. Do this for 90 days and you will be surprised at how much
your business has grown.&lt;/p&gt;

achieve." While this is a true statement, it's only half of the secret
to achieving whatever we desire. The missing ingredient is action. I can believe
that I have the ability to write a note but until I act on that believe by picking
up a pen and paper and putting words on it nothing happens. So it is with everything
we do, we can have a goal, we can talk about our goal, we can believe that our
goal is ours for the taking but until we back that belief with action, nothing
happens. On the other hand we can fill our day with activities and accomplish
nothing. We need it all the goal, the belief and the activity. Put it all together

and receptive to new ideas no matter what the source. They also recognize the
folly of reinventing the wheel, they ask for guidance, listen to the advice
given and then act on it. They also keep their "mentor" in the loop
as to their progress. They are winners in the true sense of the word. Losers,
on the other hand, ask for advice and then ignore the knowledge that was freely
given and wonder why things are not working for them. Nothing makes a mentor

      <title>Thought For Today: The Power of Appreciation!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Mary Kay Ash, attributes most of her success
to the value that she places on other people. According to her "no matter
how busy you are, you must take time to make the other person feel important!"
It's amazing how we often spend our time, efforts and resources on finding new
prospects for our products, services or whatever cause we are promoting. Only
to ignore them once they become a client, friend or associate. Then we wonder
why they are doing business with someone else. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Here's an idea:&lt;/b&gt; Create an appreciation
budget. Every time you make a sale, set aside a certain percentage of it, for
keeping in contact with your new client. Use these funds to consistently, recognize,
uplift and appreciate that client. I have a client who is realtor who, in addition
to the standard house-warming / thank you gift, sets aside enough funds to send
that new client, cards and small gifts over the next 5 years and every time
he gets a referral from that client, he adds to the budget. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Joe Girard, who is listed in the Guiness Book
as the number one car salesman in the world, sent every person that he connected
with a card every month, just letting them know that he liked them. Did this
work. In his words, he never sold a car, people came to him and bought.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I was once told that the real secret to success
is to strive to make every person you come into contact with say, "I like
me better, when I'm with you." That is a powerful and empowering way to
live and work.&lt;/p&gt;

make your friends, associates and customers feel important? &lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;An often used acronym for FEAR is "False
Evidence Appearing Real". I'd like to suggest an acronym for overcoming
fear. Here it is:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Focus&lt;/b&gt; - Focus on what you want and not
what you want. Know your why. If your why is large enough you can accomplish
anything.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Educate Yourself&lt;/b&gt; - Take time everyday
to improve yourself, build a better you. If you know your why, your next question
should be: What attitudes, skills and habits do I need to develop to attain
my Why?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Action&lt;/b&gt; - Take action, successful people
do the things that failures won't, they feel the fear, but do it anyway. Create
a daily plan of action, list those activities that you need to accomplish and
do them, daily.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Review&lt;/b&gt; - At the end of the day, review
what you have accomplished, what you could do better, and what you have to be
grateful for. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Question:&lt;/b&gt; How would you live if you knew
you could not fail? Follow the above formula and you might just find out!&lt;/p&gt;

they go. Which are you? A happy person is welcome just about anywhere they go,
we gravitate towards the positive. I'm of the belief that the most important
thing that you can do when presenting yourself, your products or your services
is to help the other person feel positive and happy about himself and life in
general. When we're positive, we make decisions quickly and easily, when we're
negative we seldom make a decision or if we do the decision is no. Start today
to share at least 3 positive things with everyone you talk to and you will be
amazed at the impact it can have. Both personally and professionally. &lt;/p&gt;

happiness or your troubles? Do you brighten a room when you enter or when you
leave? &lt;/p&gt;

just the fact that we are alive and faced with so many wonderful opportunities

&lt;p&gt;Let's form a Thanksgiving day resolution that
every day we will take time today to say thank you and express our appreciation
to those people we treasure. That we thank at least one friend, customer, and
associates for the contribution that they make to our lives. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;According to the Secret (law of attraction) we  attract whatever we are feeling, whether it be love, fear, anger, happiness,  anger, joy, gratitude, resistance etc. We attract events, conditions and circumstances  which are in direct correlation to what you are feeling. This works both ways,  when we worry or are fearful, we attract more of what we are worried about.  If you dig deeper into the secret you will find that the most effective emotion  for attracting what we want out of life is gratitude. Being, expressing and  focusing those things that we have to be thankful for, attracts more of the  same. I believe that if we take the time to count our blessings every day, we  can only attract more blessing. If I'm wrong, at the very leaste we will go  about our day feeling fantatic.&lt;/p&gt;

mistrust, and hostility to evaporate. Think about the last time someone went
out of their way to do some small act of kindness for you, an uplifting phone
call, a quick note of encouragement, a business referral. How did that make
you feel? Now what about the last time you did a kind act for someone else,
how did that make you feel? If your like most, you probably felt great. We cannot
do a true act of kindness, one from the heart, without feeing good. In fact,
the giver almost always benefits more.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Thought For Today: Feelings!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I was thinking about a quote by Maya Angelou:  &amp;ldquo;I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what  you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.&amp;rdquo; &amp;nbsp;What a  powerful thought. Imagine what could happen to our business and personal life,  if we spent our time helping others feel good, rather than looking for ways  to build ourselves up at their expense. This quote reminded me of another rule  for creating lasting and profitable relationships, and that is to try to have  every person we come into contact with say I like me better when I'm with you.  Powerful. Have a wonderful week. Go out and make someone feel special.&lt;/p&gt;

Being positive or being negative is very much a &amp;nbsp;habit of thought. Start
today to examine your thoughts and determine which direction they are taking
you. Replace your negative habits with positive ones by training your mind to
think in terms of what you can and will accomplish. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Look for the opportunity that every challenge
brings and focus on the opportunity. Count your blessings every day and soon
being negative will be a thing of the past.&lt;/p&gt;
