Street announced on August 16 that the $1.5 billion dollar Orange County Investment Pool and $1.8 billion dollar Orange County Educational Investment Pool were ranked as California's top government pools for the first quarter of 2007 according to TRACS Financial Research, an independent firm that monitors the monthly performance of state, county and local investment pools.
